What do I do if I lose my Ucard?
Answer:
If you lose your Ucard it is important to inform SSiD as soon as possible. You can get a new Ucard from SSiD, however there is a replacement fee of £5.00. If your card has been stolen and you have reported it to the police and have a crime reference number on police letterheaded paper, then there is no replacement fee.
