Do I have to pay a charge for a replacement Ucard?
Answer:
These will be issued for a standard charge of £5 unless one of the following conditions apply:
- The card has been stolen and a crime number has been issued (this must be provided on paper with a Police force letterhead).
- The card is worn or damaged (reasonable wear and tear).
- The cardholder's appearance has changed significantly
- The cardholder changes department (staff and external card holders).
- The cardholder's name or title changes (Personnel should be notified of this first).
